I used this app, setting 90 days for my quit date. When I got to 3 smokes a day/6 hours apart, I decided to smoke my last 4 cigarettes rapidly and quit that day. I have been smoke free for 5 days and I feel good about it. It sucks... and I never want to feel like this again... but it's worth it.

Love the app. Basic and clean. Widget is a plus! However it resets the amount smoked at midnight. I set my active hours 11am-3am which is when I smoke. If it changes at midnight then it's not tracking properly.

It's a very simple app, but that's the beauty of it. Every time you smoke you tap a button on the main screen, which immediately makes the green screen turn red and puts on a timer, which counts down until your next smoke. You can personalize the plan to how many cigs you smoke now, how many days you wanna take to cut down, and how many cigs you want to end with. It even tracks your spendings, and tells you how much money you've burned with each smoke! I love this app, and it's already helped me
